1. Agreement to Terms

Acceptance

By accessing or using the SeenIt mobile application (the "App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Parties

This Agreement is between you ("you," "your," or "User") and SeenIt ("SeenIt," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the Service.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Users under the age of majority must have parental or guardian permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

For purposes of this Agreement:

• User Account: Your personalized account on the App
• Content: All data, lists, ratings, reviews, watch history, and other materials uploaded by Users
• Admin: Users with elevated privileges to manage reported content or handle abuse
• Third-Party Content: Information or media from TMDB, streaming providers, or other integrated services

3. Service Description

Platform Purpose

SeenIt provides a platform for users to:

• Track and manage movies and TV shows
• Discover titles based on genres, recommendations, and trending lists
• View watch providers for movies and shows
• Participate in beta features or experimental functionalities

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of third-party content
• Availability of any specific movie, show, or provider
• Compatibility with all devices

Right to Modify or Discontinue

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

4. User Accounts

Registration Requirements

To use the Service, you may need to create a User Account with:

• A valid email or phone number
• Full name or username
• Profile information (optional)

You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

We are not liable for loss or damage caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. User Roles and Responsibilities

Users

Users may:

• Track watched movies or shows
• Rate, review, or comment on content
• Create and manage watchlists
• Use discovery and recommendation features

Users must:

• Provide accurate data
• Avoid inappropriate content
• Comply with laws and App rules

Admins

Admins may:

• Review reported content
• Remove or hide inappropriate content
• Suspend or restrict accounts violating Terms

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You may only use the App for lawful purposes and must not:

Legal and Safety:

• Violate any law
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate others

Content:

• Upload offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Post malicious code

Technical:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the App
• Use bots or automated scripts

Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Account suspension or termination
• Legal action

7. User-Generated Content

Content You Upload

Users may upload ratings, reviews, lists, and profile content.

License Grant

By uploading content, you grant SeenIt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display and host your content
• Adapt it for technical or promotional purposes
• Share it through the App

This license continues even after account termination for content shared publicly.

Content Standards

Content must:

• Be appropriate and lawful
• Relate to movies, shows, or the App
• Not infringe on third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove any content violating these standards.

8. Intellectual Property

AppointMe's Intellectual Property

All App software, graphics, logos, icons, and data are the property of SeenIt or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

Limited License

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the App
• Extract or reuse content for commercial purposes
• Copy account data for other uses

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (TMDB, streaming providers, analytics, ads). We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy or availability of third-party content
• Any outages or changes from these providers

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Continuous or error-free service
• Compatibility with your device

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SeenIt and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, time, or revenue
• User-generated content
• Unauthorized account access

Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid by you in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeenIt and its affiliates from claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Violation of Terms or laws
• Content you upload
• Interactions with other users

12. Account Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting support. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

By SeenIt

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Prohibited activities
• Fraudulent conduct or security risks

Certain provisions (Content License, IP, Liability, Indemnification) survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Israel.

15. Acknowledgment

By using the App, you acknowledge:

1. You have read and understood these Terms
2. You meet the age requirements
3. You accept the risks of using the Service
4. You agree to be bound by these Terms
